Our philosophyWorth saving.
Worth saving.
Worth imagining.
Old homes are not obstacles to modern living. They're opportunities to make something meaningful.
Properhouse
Homes with character are our kind of homes.
We choose older properties because the proportions, materials, craftsmanship, and stories are different. Every home asks us to listen before we start drawing new lines.
We restore where it matters, rethink the spaces that need help, and create rooms meant to be lived in. Our most recent work has focused on homes from the 1940s and earlier.
What matters to us
Original soul, thoughtful change.
Respect for what came before. Practical design for today. Details that will feel right years from now.
